We've been making this delicious Corn and Black Bean Salsa for years whenever we are having friends over, or when we are heading out to a friend's house for a cookout. It's a great dip / appetizer to have with Mexican themed dinners, for taco night and just to have as a crowd pleasing snack. The great thing about this recipe is that it is super easy to make. It's about ½ canned goods and ½ fresh ingredients, and it literally only takes a few minutes to put together.

What's in Corn and Black Bean Salsa?

  • 2 Cans of Goya Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Cans of Del Monte Gold & White Corn (drained)
  • 1 Can of Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • ½ Diced Red Onion
  • 1 Handful of Chopped Cilantro
  • ½ of a Diced Jalapeno
  • Lime Juice from ½ a Lime
  • 1 Cup of Ranch Dressing
  • A Pinch of Cumin
  • A Pinch of Chili Powder
  • A Dash of Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Be sure to drain your black beans and rinse them well before adding to the salsa!

Note: Rinse your cilantro really well too...it can be a bit sandy.

  • 2 Dosen Goya Schwarze Bohnen (abgetropft und abgespült)
  • 2 Dosen Del Monte Gold & White Mais (abgetropft)
  • 1 Dose Red Gold Petite gewürfelte Tomaten mit grünen Chilis
  • ½ gewürfelte rote Zwiebel
  • 1 Handvoll gehackter Koriander
  • ½ einer gewürfelten Jalapeno
  • Limettensaft von ½ Limette
  • 1 Tasse Ranch-Dressing
  • Eine Prise Kreuzkümmel
  • Eine Prise Chilipulver
  • Eine Prise Hot Sauce
  • Salz und Pfeffer zum Abschmecken
  • Achten Sie darauf, die schwarzen Bohnen abzutropfen und gut abzuspülen, bevor Sie sie zur Salsa geben!

Instructions

  1. Zunächst die schwarzen Bohnen abspülen und abtropfen lassen.
  2. Den Mais ebenfalls abtropfen lassen.
  3. Geben Sie alle Zutaten aus der Dose in eine große Schüssel.
  4. Geben Sie dann alle frischen Zutaten hinzu.
  5. Zum Schluss fügen Sie das Ranch-Dressing hinzu.
  6. Alles verrühren und bis zum Servieren im Kühlschrank aufbewahren!
