I made an appointment for 5:15pm but that apparently mean anything to them because I sat there for 45 mins before getting in. The women did apologize and thanked me for waiting but I was so irritated. I only stayed because it's $17 and every other place around is $30+ so I sucked it up.

Very unprofessional. I watched a person walk in and they looked at them, said they did not have any openings and to come back later. The next person who walked in (minutes later without an appointment) got right in.

Worst nail experience. After 3 days my dip nails were lifting. Went back in a few days later and they were extremely rude. My nails were completely uneven and I lost a lot of length due to the nail tech being unable to file straight. Instead of redoing my nails, they filed them and added dip on top of the prior dip. So my nails were short, uneven, and incredibly thick. Also extremely unclean and rude

This is the only nail salon I will go to! The staff is so friendly, personable, and helpful! This salon is reasonably priced, and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and relaxed!
I typically request Misty, and she does such a phenomenal job! From helping me pick a nail color to telling me to stop picking at my cuticles- she's my girl! I'm very particular and OCD when it comes to the shape of my nails (if one is crooked or too long it bothers me so much that I go home and fix it). I've NEVER left this place and had to fix any of my nails.
If the shellac polish chips (only has happened once in 3 years), I call, they apologize profusely, and immediately set an appointment to repair them.
I will continue to come here, and HIGHLY recommend!!

This was my second time here. I am from out of town and went with a family member. I had dip done and the lady who did my nails didn't even talk to me as she did my nails which is no big deal. As she was trimming my cuticles she cut me and caused me to bleed and didn't even apologize. I was shocked.
