COVID-19 Test To Treat Program at Lyon-Martin

In collaboration with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Lyon-Martin Community Health Services is now a Test to Treat Site for COVID-19.

If you tested positive for COVID-19 using a PCR test or an at-home rapid test, it is important to get treatment immediately. To speak with a nurse or provider about treatment options, please call the clinic main line at (415) 565-7667. When you call the clinic, our front desk staff will take down your information and a nurse or provider will call you back within 24 hours.
