The Main Terminal is the largest and houses most of the airport's amenities, including baggage claim, ticketing, and security checkpoints. Concourse A and B are smaller and primarily used for boarding and disembarking flights.

Overview of Terminals

The Main Terminal at ORF is the hub of activity for passengers. It houses a variety of dining options, including fast food and sit-down restaurants, as well as several shops for last-minute travel needs. There is also a USO Lounge available for military personnel and their families.

Concourse A and B are primarily used for boarding and disembarking flights. They have fewer amenities than the Main Terminal, but still offer a few dining options and shops for travelers.

Getting Between Terminals

As Norfolk Airport is relatively small, there is no need for a shuttle or tram to get between terminals. The Main Terminal is connected to Concourse A and B via a covered walkway, so passengers can easily walk between the terminals. However, if you have limited mobility or require assistance, the airport does offer wheelchair assistance and electric carts to transport passengers between terminals.

It is recommended that passengers arriving on international flights allow extra time for the passport and immigration control process.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
