Since you say the turn signals and wipers also don't work, the fuse that is one up from the bottom on your fuse block under the hood is usually the culprit. Likely the connectors holding the fuse in place.
You can clean the plug on connectors while you are at it. Try some electrical contact cleaner aerosol but wear eye protection and cover any paint,,,stuff really burns the skin but also dulls the paint.
You can disconnect the battery and remove the fuse block and dip in a mild acid like CLR for a minute and rinse/dry. You could also replace fuse block with a blade type from any auto parts store. Note that the top two fuses are connected (look at the back of the fuse block)so you will have to replicate that wiring on a new fuse block.
